COVID-19 POLICY

We ask that you observe appropriate distancing - 6 ft - and limit the number of people present in the same room as the doctor and your pet.

If your apartment is small or cramped - (impeding social distancing), please let us know in advance - (800) 591-3071.

If your building has a common room that may be used for an exam to avoid entering your apartment let us know if this would work better.

Please wear a facemask - we will be wearing protective gear also.

 

Please inform us if your pet has been in contact with a known COVID-19 - positive person.

Similarly, please let us know ahead of time if anyone in your home is being quarantined for COVID exposure or coming from a quarantine zone.

Please have your pet's medical records emailed to us ahead of time, in order to limit exposure risk and be efficient in the use of this contact time.

We may also call to take pertinent medical information when we are outside your home.
