Geriatric Care
Advances in veterinary medicine have allowed our animal companions to share our lives for longer. The human–animal bond is strengthened as we realize our four-legged friends have been a constant in our lives. It makes sense that we would want to support them in their twilight years.
As in our aged human population, our senior pets also have a unique array of needs and medical conditions: (ie. osteoarthritis; renal disease; hypothyroidism (dogs); hyperthyroidism in cats; hypertension; cataracts; chronic skin diseases; etc.)
We can provide a fresh set of eyes to evaluate your pet’s individual requirements and tailor a practical health plan accordingly.
An initial in home consult is scheduled with follow-up visits and phone consults as needed.
